Sometimes you don't get what you expect.

When I was writing the script for "The Flower Chamber," I was picturing Rev. Jonah Starkweather,  head of the "Church of the Rapture" in the domed city of Manhope, as a scrawny, Milquetoast kind of guy who was pushing himself too hard. Not really a match for 8,000-year-old Goddess Hathor (Osanna). But this weekend when I finally got around to creating the character ....

Well, like I said. I sat down to create my scrawny chicken adversary, and who should audition for the job but a mature, solid, battle-hardened leader, every bit Osanna's match. Their first face-off will have more dramatic punch than I expected, and will end surprisingly.
